When it's healthy for our residents,
we work to reconnect their families.
It can be an import step in the journey of recovery.
One Step at a Time is a six month residential substance abuse program in the Atlanta area. Our philosophy is that just sobriety is not enough, one step at a time we strive for healing and behavioral change…..Experience the difference.
We promote mind, body and spiritual changes through the philosophy of the twelve steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. We have a sincere desire to support individuals as they practice and develop their sober lifestyle and continue to grow mentally, physically, spiritually and socially.
One step helped me gain the time to change my life 100%. Where I came from and where I am now are two totally different places and I wouldn’t trade what I have now for anything. I am forever in debt to this place for what it has done for me
If you are an alcoholic/addict and need a sober living environment that embraces the 12 steps and principals of AA/NA then you should call the offices of One Step. The owner and staff practice the principals of the program on a daily basis and go above and beyond to help anyone who reaches out, no matter how far down the scale you believe you’ve gone. This is not one a place that’s out to profit, Annette Attaway McDonald is in this to genuinely help those who want to recover from that hopeless state of mind and we DO recover. I am grateful to God for this program and recommend it without hesitation to anyone who wants to learn how to live happy, joyous and free.
